FIREFIGHTERS had to close a road near one of Oxfordshire's busiest attractions after a car caught alight.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service has released images of its crews tackling a fire on the A41 near Bicester, close to Bicester Village shopping centre.

The emergency service said the road was closed on the flyover for a 'short period', just after 2pm yesterday.
Two crews were sent to the scene and made the area safe, before allowing the road to be reopened.

Fire crews shared images of the fire-damaged car and said no-one was hurt in the incident.
They did not state what the cause was thought to have been, nor what the make and model of the car was.
