A road in Bicester will be temporarily closed from the end of the month to allow for surface dressing works.
Oxfordshire County Council will close and implement a 'No Waiting' restriction on Charbridge Lane A4421 due to public safety considerations.
The temporary closure will begin on April 29, with work expected to be completed by May 2, between 5am and 6pm.
An approximately three hour closure will take place between these hours.
The closure is necessary to carry out maintenance, ensuring smoother and safer journeys for future users.
Surface dressing work aims to extend the life of a road.
The work seals the surface of the road from water and air, which can cause damage over time.
